The concrete is poured, screeded and bull floated. Once most of the bleed water has disappeared, the stencil is then laid and gently rolled or trowelled into the surface of wet the concrete. A coat of Color Hardener is broad cast onto the surface and then trowelled in. A second coat is applied and trowelled into the surface. Then apply the desired finish. The stencil is removed and the surface cleaned to show the chosen pattern. Once the concrete is sufficiently dry, a sealer is applied onto the new surface. The concrete surface is cleaned and prepped, taking care of crack repair if required. The concrete is then primed and base coat applied. The chosen stencil pattern is then laid and Cover-tex is sprayed or trowelled onto the surface. The stencil is removed, the surface cleaned and sealer applied. The concrete surface is tested for suitability and the surface is prepared. Apply Tex-stain to the surface either by using a quality airless plastic sprayer or apply with an acid resistant hand brush in a circular motion for smaller areas. The surface is washed and neutralized. A suitable sealer is then applied. If appropriate, the surface may be polished to achieve a high sheen. Detailed work - Etching gels or sandblasting is used for intricate design detailing. Advanced work - Advanced applicators may use many techniques to create intricate and detailed effects.
